On July 3rd, there was an abundance of red, white, blue and family fun too! The back patio was decked out with a festive balloon archway, which welcomed guests to the inaugural NRS Ranch Independence Day party. There was an array of things to do—custom sketches, giveaways, a DJ who provided live music, goat roping, a mechanical bull, free food and more! Although, it was hot in the Texas sun, that did not deter any of the fun.
Roy Cooper’s 35th Annual World Champion Jr. Calf Roping was running in conjunction with the celebration, so the kids had an opportunity to relax and socialize after Wednesday’s events. Complementary snow cones provided a nice, refreshing taste after a toasty day in the arena. The crowd was not just roping participants though, even the public and employees were welcomed into the action.
This will continue to be an annual event and we hope you can join us next year to celebrate as we gather in community! Come one, come all. We cannot wait to see you there.
